Crystal Kelley-Schwartz, Fort Worth, Texas; national speaker and consultant with professional experience as an advocate, performer and mediator; an interpreter educator, deaf mentor, and ASL director. Crystal has degrees in both marketing and business management; along with credentials in risk management and communication solutions. She works an independent contractor with agencies, theatres, schools and organizations; collaborating effort that address equity and communication barriers. Crystal has made it her mission to continue to promote collaborative success through empowerment, and overcoming bias which is experienced when it comes to marginalization. Crystal is also honored to be one of the board members of the Dr. Nathie Lee Marbury Foundation, a non-profit that celebrates and continues the work of a legendary and phenomenal influence, who paved the way for ambitious leaders to push boundaries to make a difference in their organizations and communities.
